Foredue Support

Quick help

• Cancel reminders not firing: In Foredue, open Settings → Reminders and make sure Cancel-by reminders is on (if it offers “Turn on notifications in Settings”, tap it). Free includes a reminder the day before each cancel-by date; Pro adds 30- and 7-day, day-of, and trial reminders. The subscription must be Active.
• Cancel notice / cancel-by date: Edit the subscription’s cancel period (auto-filled from known services). Reminders fire before that deadline.
• Restore Pro: Use Restore Purchases on the paywall (purchases are tied to your Apple ID).
• Bank Link (coming with Pro Annual): Not available in the app yet. When it launches, you’ll connect a bank through Plaid in Settings → Bank Link and can disconnect anytime — your Pro plan stays; only the bank connection stops.
• Delete data: Remove subscriptions in-app, or delete the app to clear on-device data. If you turned on iCloud sync, also remove Foredue’s data in the Settings app → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Privacy

Free/manual use keeps your list on device. Optional iCloud sync (off by default) uses your private iCloud — DK4G cannot read it. Bank Link, when it launches for Pro Annual, will use Plaid and a DK4G backend for tokens — never your bank password in our app. Read the Foredue Privacy Policy.

Foredue is not a bank, budgeting service, or financial advisor. Amounts you enter (or confirm from suggestions) are for your own tracking.
